Im not too sure what i did today at the gym, but my back is messed up right now. If you like Ben-Gay, Icey hot, Bio-Freeze etc etc. You should defintiley get your mind right with some Tiger Balm. The stuff burns yet freezes sooooo goood. Within 5 minutes of using this stuff and the pain has almost gone away. Plus..it smells way better than the other crap out there. It still has that mentholy aroma too it, but it also has natural herbs and plants that make it smell a lot less like medicine and more natural. Tiger Balm 4 life.
