This movie came out in the mid 80s. With a budget of around 25 million the movie only grossed around 12.5 M in theaters. Since then it has become a cult classic and one of those movies I can watch over and over again. Its so stupid its funny. Kurt Russel took up bodybuilding in preparation for his role of Jack Burton. The hapless hero and main character in the movie. He cant seem to get anything right but in his mind hes on top of the world.
